Job Summary
As a Pet Care Receptionist, you will be responsible for great client interactions and selling our services. Your role will encompass sales, booking reservations, invoice processing, and administrative duties. You play a vital role in ensuring our clients and their pets receive the best care and experience possible.

Responsibilities:
o   Greet every client warmly as they enter our center, helping and making them feel valued.
o   Answer telephone calls promptly with a friendly demeanor and assistance.
o   Utilize friendly sales techniques to inform clients about additional services and products. 
o   Resolve issues with dissatisfied clients to ensure client retention.
o   Coordinate with various service departments for accurate billing and care.
o   Complete thorough check-in procedures for lodging, including inventory and medication instructions.
o   Processing Enrollment Paperwork & Vaccinations:
o   Assist in creating other special projects as assigned.
o   Handle daily reports, file paperwork, and maintain client records.
o   Complete cleaning tasks per checklist.
 
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the Pet Care or Hospitality field is preferred
Must have a friendly and outgoing personality
Must have basic MS Office Suite and data entry
Ability to work in a fast paced and noisy environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task, manage time, and work independently
