Job Summary
Are you a pet lover with a proven track record of successful leadership? If so, we would like to meet you! We seek a Supervisor to oversee teams at our thriving Dog Daycare and Boarding business. As the Supervisor, you will hire, train, and supervise Kenneal Attendants, bathers, and receptionist. You will provide ongoing staff training and ensure they provide high-quality services. The Supervisor must be a strong leader with relatable leadership and dog handling experience, exceptional customer service, and sales expertise.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times
Oversee the daily operations of the business
Train and supervise staff according to company standards and guidelines
Communicate information from upper management accurately and promptly
Assist HR tasks, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities
Ensure the safety of pets, customers, and employees at all times

Qualifications

Reliable transportation-Required
Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
One year of Dog Daycare or Kennel leadership experience -Preferred
Previous experience as a supervisor or assistant manager
Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers’ requests gracefully
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
