🐾 Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist – Dog Daycare & Boarding Facility

Are you passionate about pups and people? Do you thrive in a fun, upbeat environment where every day brings wagging tails and smiling faces? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our dog daycare and boarding facility!

🐶 About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our clients—both two- and four-legged—you’ll play a key role in curating an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From warmly greeting pet parents to ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, your role is vital in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Greet clients and pups with warmth and enthusiasm
Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Check pets in and out for daycare and boarding services
Maintain accurate client and pet records
Process payments and provide information about our services
Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, safe, and joyful environment

📋 What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (pet industry a plus!)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A positive attitude and genuine love for animals
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
Reliability and professionalism—you’re the face of our facility!
